Hello.
I am a longtime user of glitchds. I use it in all my musical projects and has become one of my go to means of producing music. I enjoy it immensely. One simple addition which I believe to have been over looked is that while the length of any given sequence may be made shorter or longer by moving the end point, there somehow is no way to move the start point. This is a serious though seemingly simple request that would very much enrich the total control and quality of the glitchds. Please take this into consideration.
Even to the point of perhaps, dare I say, a new version?
Keep up the good work and thank you, thank you, thank you.

If any Mac users feel especially kind, I could use more detailed installation instructions. If you have the time to write some up and send them to me, I would be very grateful.

Thanks,
- Bret

Since the Mac update Glitch runs fine, unfortunately I have no idea how to get it to control any external devices (Live/Plogue Bidule etc) as nothing other than Java Sound Synthesizer is selectable.
I assume this is down to my lack of midi knowledge... any suggestions?

Hi Bret

Still love CellDS. Now there's a bunch of Tenori-on "inspired" apps for the iPhone I was wondering if you were considering some form of port of CellDS to the iPhone? I have tried a fair few of these new apps and they are so basic compared to CellDS it makes me want to weep.

I can't code, and have limited talent with graphics, but if there's anything I could do to help with such a project let me know.

All the best

Hello,

There's no Linux version so far because I don't believe that the midi library that I am using (themidibus) supports Linux. After my vacation, I'll compile a linux version for people to tinker with. So far, glitchDS does NOT support OSC, although I may eventually add OSC support.

Thanks,
- Bret
